Tonight we celebrated my mother's and my birthday. She turned 85 today. Let's just say that I am now officially closer to 50 than 40. Bummer! Anyway, we had a cake that T insisted upon filling with candles. Of course, even though it wasn't her birthday, she as usual horned her way up to the cake and proceeded to "help" to blow out the candles. She just loves B-days.
Now that this has passed, the countdown to T's birthday begins. Maybe this week I'll put a ticker up. T is very excited that both me, grandma, and herself with have a "5" in their age.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

A marvelous plan was made in the stars,
to create a miracle across the ocean so far....
Then entwine and weave all the hopes and labor,
it would take to bring us this joy called "Taylor"....
Now three lives are blessed and somewhere in the stars,
the planners are smiling, as we all are.

Well......Happy Birthday to you (and your Mom too.)
Hope you did something great for yourself too. Any birthday with a five in it needs to have a spa visit attached or something, no?
:)
I'm sorry I was not there - not sick, just kinda under this cold spell....
My very best Birthday wishes to you and Geraldine. Time flies and you suddenly realize you haven't done the things you want to do. Maybe next year. Love....xxooxx
Happy birthday! We're all "in our 40's" and our kids are driving us to old age. Think we may do Mouse House for Sara's.
