So, after weeks of not wanting to get out of bed and seeming to deteriorate, my mom on Saturday insisted upon getting up out of bed and sitting her wheelchair for quite a while. She sat out in the living room looking out the window. A good day after 2 or 3 weeks of bad.
My mom's older sister drove down from Broward for a visit, and to make a bet with my mom on football. Even my poor, demented mom had the very sage foresight NOT to pick the Dolphins. She gets to keep the quarter.
We're busy prepping for some real Halloween fun, so stand by!
